Here Comes Santa -2
Cross Stitch Pattern Packet
Well- look who’s at it again!!! Santa of Course!! Allow me to introduce my newest Santa- “Here Comes Santa- 2”, charted for my newest linen, “Here Comes Santa- Take 2”- which has a bigger music sheet- and some strings of bells and wintery trees and even some Moose… It’s a wonderful printed and stained linen- I designed just for this chart- however- the chart itself- Here Comes Santa- 2- is a most wonderful vintagy version of the Santa’s of and would look fantastic on anything you decide to stitch it on!!!
I’ve charted this with strictly DMC threads- so that the colors would change and flow to give a sketchy vintage scratchy vibe. My model is 36 count linen- and even so- I’ve chosen to use 2 strands of thread over 2. That way- everything pops!!! Your choice of threads and linen of course are all yours… This design can be stitched any way you wish on any kind of fabric…
IF you do choose- to stitch this on my newest printed linen- with the moose and trees- you will have approx. a 10’ x 10” space- that is just the music sheet.. I wouldn’t cover it of course- I’d stick to the middle, and in doing so- you’ll need to know the final measurements of the stitched piece- based on your fabric count- and then find the center of the printed linen- and do a little measuring to see where you want to start stitching… I started at the middle- and knowing my Santa is almost 7” high based on 36 Count, I chose to measure up 3.5” from the middle of the linen- and I started around there. I didn’t want Santa’s hat to cover my title. If you need any help- finding just the right place to start stitching- and you’re new to my printed linens or just need any help at all, message me on Facebook or shoot me an email… I’ll be happy to help…
Basic cross stitch x’s are used throughout this entire piece.
And for the stuff I need to add to my charts- Please note!!! I don’t wish for anyone to “adapt” this cross stitch pattern into any other pattern on their own, as it is my design and I will be releasing future patterns using this, including a punch needle design and possible a hooked rug pattern. If you’ve any questions regarding this- please do let me know….
Last thing, before you get stitching- is that if you’d like to order linens, threads, just send me an email, visit me online, and/or find me on Facebook!!! I sell and carry almost all supplies used for each pattern I make, and if not in stock- I can usually order in for you!!!!
Thanks So Much & Happy Stitching!!!
