We do not offer any returns or refunds, as we are just too small of a business to do so. Please ask any and all questions- prior to purchase- about our items... We do want you to be happy customers- so by all means- if there is an issue of any kind, please contact us- to see what kind of resolutions we can come to.

All orders will be insured, and will ship the best possible way for the items that are ordered- so that we are all protected as much as possible in the event of loss or damage.  International orders shipped via USPS, will follow USPS's shipping protocols.
