CROSS STITCH PATTERN- INSTANT DOWNLOAD
Basic cross stitch x’s are used throughout this entire piece, as well as some back stitching, as noted on the chart. This was completely charted in DMC- and all colors picked to stitch in DMC. However- I’ve picked my favorite suggested threads- that are complimenting colors that will lend to a “painterly look” by giving shadows and highlights throughout the piece, but by all means- this is all yours and you, so have some fun with colors!!!
And there are the basics!!! The rest is up to you- and by all means- Enjoy each and every stitch!!
Now for the stuff I always need to add into my pattern packets-- Please note!!! I don’t wish for anyone to “adapt” this cross stitch pattern into any other pattern on their own, as it is my design and I will be releasing future patterns using this, including a punch needle design and possible a hooked rug pattern.
Warmest Winter Wishes To One And All…. It’s that time of the year- when we all are working on our holiday goods and treats, or perhaps just snuggling in- with our favorite stitchy projects and our favorite cuppa. Here at the homestead, we are always working on something that involves making our life warmer and more snuggly during the long upstate winter months, and I hope you all find this fun little project something to keep those hands busy and your heart filled with winter joy…

This pattern was charted for 1 thread over 2, on a coffee stained 40 count Linen, but I am absolutely positive that it would look great on just about any wonderful fabric you choose!!
